Where can I have my vehicle repared?
You may have your vehicle repaired at a repair facility of your choice in the United States
Will my local repair facility know that I purchased service contract?
When you bring your vehicle in for service or repairs, provide your contract number and our phone number to the service writer. This will notify them of your coverage. From there the service department will be able to begin the claims process if needed. Please make sure authorization is received from the administrator prior to teardown or repair.
How do I file a claim?
Authorization must be obtained from us before repair work is commenced on any repair that exceeds $500.
In the event of a breakdown, contact us immediately to report and discuss the claim prior to commencing the repairs in order for us to do a preliminary evaluation of our liability.
To report a claim, call (888) 735-9947 or submit it through our website under the CLAIMS TAB above.
It is your responsibility to authorize the repair facility to diagnose the problem and to contact us to provide the diagnosis and an estimate of the parts and labor. We will evaluate the claim and upon our acceptance of liability, we will issue an authorization number and confirm the repair cost.
Upon completion of the repair, we review the service performed with the repair facility and make certain that you are satisfied before signing the work order approving us to pay the repair cost.
